Dosage:
INTERNAL: Ages 2 months to 2 years: 1-2 drops; ages 3-5 years: 1-3 drops; ages 6-11 years: 1-5 drops; ages 12 to adult: 5-10 drops every 8 hours at first sign of illness.

TOPICAL: Ages 2 months to adult: Apply to nose, chest and back in conjunction with internal use for best effect.

BATH: All ages: 3-30 drops.
