Beta-Alanine Description Beta Alanine works by increasing muscle carnosine levels which works to buffer Hydrogen Ions (H+), which in turn allows for power endurance. What all does Beta-Alanine do? It helps to decrease lactic acid build up and to increase aerobic efficiency. It also helps to enhance oxygen transport. Plus it works synergistically with Creatine.
Beta-Alanine Recommended Use
Training Days: Take 1-2 tablets 30-45 minutes prior to exercise and take 1-2 tablets 60-90 minutes after exercise. Do not exceed 4 tablets daily.
Non-Training Days: Take 1-2 tablets with breakfast and 1-2 tablets with an evening
