Our standard ground shipping, FREE Shipping, 2nd Day, or Next Day does not apply to international shipping. To receive the accurate shipping rate please choose "INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS" for your shipping method on the check-out page. The shipping cost will be automatically shown based on the weight and destination of your order. Depending on what is in your shopping basket, the rate will be different. The rate is shown in US Currency only. The shipping fee reflects the base shipping charge and do not include customs duties and taxes. Refusal or failure to pay your local duty or tax may affect your ability to place orders with us in the future.
AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER
Your tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail within 24 hours after your order shipped. You will have access to all of the information regarding the status of your package including detailed tracking and transit updates. Please make sure your shipping address and your phone number is full and complete and in English. The phone number may be used by Fedex or USPS to contact you, in case they have problems delivering your order.
Note: If your order is returned to us due to customs related issue such as banned / restricted products, a wrong address, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card minus a 20% restocking fee. You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 20 percent of the value of the order as a re-stocking fee.
