This stuff is so refreshing. I am having acupuncture treatments for migraine headaches. This is applied after needles are removed, and you apply it at bedtime each night. It releaves pain on contact and has a refreshing smell. Not bothersome at all. It is great on muscle aches and pains. As soon as you have a sign of pain you rub it on with a cotton ball or something and it relieves the pain. Do not put on open tissue as it will burn for a while. Not good....Hope this helps......
