great prices,a website thats attractive and incredibly easy to use, they
pay more attention to shipping details. On this occasion, I was due a
free item with my purchase (Mens Rings - a product that helps men sexually.)
The website said to simply indicate your free product choice in the comments
section (which I did.) Unfortunately, when I received my shipment, there

" I received the Pinnacle NOx3 product much faster than expected,
given it was shipped to a U.S. Army active duty location. Only gripe was
the product arrived with the package severely dented, as though the air
had been sucked out, and a strong chemical smell. I think this is probably
due to heat during shipping and not VitaMakers fault. But for this I wouldve
rated everything Excellent and I have already ordered a second product
because Im satisfied with my first VitaMaker experience." |

" In most all categories VitaMaker is excellent. They offer quality
products at a very competitive price, they have a very user friendly web
site for ordering, and they provide a variety of shipping options. However,
my overall experience with Vita-maker was less than I originally expected
and below excellent for two reasons. They cut a shipping label and notified
me that my order had been shipped. However, this was incorrect. They had
run out of the product before filling my order and failed to notify me
of this. After I contacted the customer service area, I was subsequently
notified of the backorder on the product. While the customer service area
was quick to respond once they returned to the office on Monday morning,
their proposed resolution for falsely notifying me of my shipment and
then the subsequently delay in receiving my product fell short of excellent.
The representative offered to 3day ship the product to me rather than
ship it via the free ground FedEx shipping I earned for a purchase exceeding
$150. Considering the error on their part, an excellent customer service
area would have offered next day delivery. Thanks for offering me the
opportunity to comment" |
