Great effectiveness as far as pumps and energy goes. In fact, I've had to watch the clock at the gym more closely because I'm not nearly as fatigued when taking it (I'll catch myself going 1.5 hrs and feel pretty good). The only downside is its mixing ability. You MUST put this in a shaker because a spoon will not cut it. Its even a little gritty in the shaker, though. But if you are more concerned about results, then definately purchase this product.
