i've been taking this product for 9 days so far.when i first bought it i was very suspicous.and the pills tasted like sugar, wich made me even more suspicous. i've been taking 6 a day 2 morning 1 before workout 2 durring workout 1 before bed at first i didn't really notice anything, but eventually i felt i wasn't getting as tired and they kicked in after about 10 or 15 minutes. my muscles are definately more fuller harder and actually more vascular! i could'nt believe it. i gained an eighth of an inch on my arms in 9 days. the reason i gave it a 9 is because to get the best results you have to take 6-8 a day.
