Has my order shipped?
If you provide your email address, we will send you an email confirmation after you placed your order, which contains a URL that shows the current status of your order. When your order leave our warehouse, we will also email you the tracking number which you can trace your order at FEDEX. Please print out this confirmation and keep it for your own references. If you have any questions regarding your order status, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and use your order number for reference. You can also call us at 1-626-810-9233 or 1-877-848-2228 so that we can check it out for you right away.
My order never arrived!

How do I cancel my order/item?
Grabbing an order out of the order stream can become very difficult and every minute that passes once the order has been submitted makes it even harder. However, if an error has been made and an order needs to be cancelled, please call Customer Service immediately. If the order is already on the UPS feeder truck then it cannot be cancelled and you would be responsible for shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee if the order is refused. How do I delete an item from my shopping cart?
To delete an item from your cart, just click on the "Remove" button below the item name.
How do I order multiple quantities of the same item?
There are two ways to do this:
How do I add different items to my shopping cart?
- 1. On each product page there is a text box next to the "Add to Cart" button. Just enter your desired quantity in this text box.
- 2. In your shopping cart there is a column labeled "Quantity." Type in the number for the quantity you wish to order and press the "Update Quantities" button. This will update your quantity and the subtotal for your order.
Find a product you wish to purchase and click on the "Add to Cart" button. This takes you to your shopping cart page. Click on the "Keep Shopping" button at the bottom of your shopping cart. Find another product you wish to purchase and click on the "Add to Cart" button on the product description page. Continue this process until you have added all the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart. If there is no "Add to Cart" button, it means the item is currently out of stock.

When will my credit cards be charged?
Since we don't think you should pay for your order until it is actually on its way, vitamaker.com will not bill you until your products are actually shipped. We never bill for credit card service fees.
What is the billing address for my credit card?
Your billing address is the address that is listed on your credit card account. It is also the address where your monthly credit card statements are mailed to.
Why do you need the phone number of the bank that issued my credit card?
If we have any problems obtaining authorization on your credit card, we contact your bank to make sure all the information you provided matches what your credit card company has on file. Large orders will always be subject to credit verification. This process ensures that your order is processed in a more timely manner. Please do not give us phone numbers that only provide locations of ATM machines. In order to obtain credit verification, we need a phone number that can connect us to a customer service representative.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
We ship from California. VitaMaker.com charges sales tax for orders shipped to California ONLY. Sales tax is automatically computed on both product(s) and shipping costs. To see the total sales tax charged on your order, click on checkout underneath your basket listing.
Where do I get a copy of my invoice/receipt?
You will automatically receive a copy of your invoice via email once your order is placed. Official invoice will be mailed after order has been shipped.

When will my order ship?
We will ship out your order as soon as we confirm your credit card and billing information. Our cut off time is 12:00PM PST. All orders placed after 12:00PM PST will be treated as the next business day's order. We do not process order during weekend. All orders that are placed after 12:00pm PST on Friday and before 12:00pm PST on Monday will be treated as Monday's orders. VitaMaker.com does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders.
What are the details of the Free Shipping offer?
Free Shipping offer is valid only on qualified items. Qualified items are identified on product information pages with this free shipping icon ( ).
VitaMaker.com reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes, we will ship to Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) destinations. We will use US Postal Service Priority Mail, and you will pay the actual shipping cost. On your check out screen you must select USPS for APO, PO Box, HI, AK, PR Address. Our shopping cart will provide the actual cost to ship your items to your destinations. Tracking numbers will not be available for orders shipped via USPS.
The proper format for an APO/FPO address looks something like the following:

APO or FPO will take the place of the city you are actually stationed at, so only enter "APO" or "FPO" in the city section.

I received the wrong product.
In the event you received the wrong merchandise, we will make every attempt to correct your order. In cases such as these, VitaMaker.com will reimburse you for any return shipping charges you incur.
How do I return my product?
After the form RETURN MERCHANDISE REQUEST (RMA) is submitted, you will receive an email that gives you an RMA Number and our Return Shipping Address to ship your returned items to. The RMA Number must be included on the outside label of your shipping box. Our warehouse is not authorized to accept return shipments without an RMA Number on their shipping label. When do I get my money back in case of a return?
A charge back will typically show up on your credit card account within 24-48 hours of the charge back being issued. This amount does not always show up on the next credit card statement you receive, depending on your credit card company's billing cycle. If the charge back does not appear on your statement, call your credit card company to verify the amount has been applied to your account.
